1. Free Trial
We offer a free trial period for new users to explore the platform and its features. During this period, you will not be charged. We encourage you to use this time to determine if App Natively meets your needs before upgrading to a paid plan.
2. Subscription Refunds
If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund within the first 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. After this 14-day window, we generally do not offer refunds, but you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
For annual subscriptions, if you cancel within the first 14 days, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after 14 days, you will not be refunded for the remaining months of the year, but your access will continue until the end of your billing cycle.
3. Exceptions
We may grant refunds in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion, such as:
- Service downtime exceeding our SLA guarantees.
- Billing errors verified by our support team.
- Major defects that prevent the core usage of the platform, acknowledged by us.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.
