These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and App Natively ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the appnatively.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Service, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

3. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary.
You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise.
You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing

All purchases, transaction fees, and subscription plans on our Site and Platform are processed and managed by our merchant of record and payment processor, Paddle. By signing up for a subscription or making a purchase on the Site, you agree to Paddle's checkout terms and conditions. Billing, tax compliance, invoicing, and subscription renewals are managed entirely by Paddle.

Subscription cancellations stop future renewals, and your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current paid billing period. All refund requests are governed by the Paddle Refund Policy.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

6. Privacy Policy & Data Protection

Your privacy and data security are highly important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, process, and safeguard your personal information and device data. Our Privacy Policy is a separate disclosure document and does not form a part of this legally binding contract.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
