Integrations
Connect a third-party service

Connect a third-party service

Three integrations live here, and they apply to your whole workspace rather than to one specific app. Two of them quietly gate features you’ll use elsewhere, so it’s worth knowing what each one actually does.

Steps

1. Go to Integrations

From the main workspace sidebar, go to Integrations.

2. Know what each one unlocks

  • GitHub – required before you can trigger any build. See Connect GitHub before you build.
  • AI – required before the App Editor’s AI chat will respond to anything. Connect your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini account here. See Build your app with AI chat.
  • Google Drive – fully optional, used for file management. Nothing else in AppNatively depends on it.

3. Connect one

Click Connect on the relevant card and sign in with that service.

4. Disconnect one if needed

Each connected card has an option to disconnect it – doing so immediately turns off whatever it was powering, so only disconnect GitHub or AI if you’re prepared for builds or AI chat to stop working until reconnected.
